Returns & Refunds
We hope you are very happy with your Bentley’s Napa Valley Coffee purchase.
Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged or you believe the product is unsafe to consume:

Take photos of the damaged packaging or product.

Email the photos and your order information to bentleysnapavalley@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item or an item of equal value.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you believe your product qualifies for a replacement, please contact us at bentleysnapavalley@gmail.com and we will provide instructions.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping for Exchanges
Do not ship any items back without first contacting us for instructions.
If a return shipment is approved, the return address will be provided by email. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
