  1. What shipping carrier to you use? 
    Answer: We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS.
  2. What is my tracking number?
    Answer: Once your item ships, the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the shipment.
  3. What are the shipping costs?
    Answer: For orders .01 to 75.00 - $7.99 shipping.  Orders $75.01 or more ship free.
  4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Answer: All orders are custom roasted and shipped within 2 days of being placed.  We will make every effort to accommodate our clients.
