Hey, friends! We’re so glad you stopped by. Our story here at Bentley’s, right in the beautiful Napa Valley, didn’t exactly start with the chocolatey, coffee goodness we’re all about today. Nope, it began with something a little different – hens strolling around and some super fresh hydroponic lettuce and basil. But, the Napa fire in 2017 changed everything for us.

From Fire to Fresh Brews: How We Found a New Beginning

Life handed us a real tough card with the Atlas Fire, losing our crops and our lovely hens. But sometimes life’s biggest curveballs lead to unexpected positive outcomes, right? So, we turned our love for coffee and chocolate into something exciting and created Bentley's Napa Valley!

Meet the husband and wife team behind Bentley's Napa Valley:

Patrick (coffee roaster) - After 20 years in the military, tasting all kinds of joe (some good, some...not so much), and us always enjoying those heartwarming cups o' morning cheer, we thought: “We've got to share the good stuff with everyone!” So, we took our passion for coffee and made it into something we’re proud to share with you.

and Diane, the dynamic force behind our business, who not only spearheads our marketing and sales initiatives but also actively engages in customer outreach. With a keen eye for production and a seamless knack for delivery, she ensures every operation runs smoothly.

How We Roast: Small-Batch, Fresh, and Sourced with Care

Every bag of Bentley's coffee is roasted right here in Napa Valley in small batches, so it ships close to the day it's roasted instead of sitting in a warehouse. Patrick hand-tunes the roast profile for each coffee — lighter to bring out the natural character of our many single-origin coffees, darker and bolder for our signature blends like Napa Valley Blend and Cafe Blend. We choose beans for clean, consistent quality, not the cheapest lot available — that's what "Fresh, Bold, and Balanced" actually means once it hits the roaster.

But it’s not just about the good sips here. Giving back is big for us at Bentley’s Napa Valley. Since we’re a veteran-owned and operated business, we make sure to donate 10% of our online sales to programs that support our fellow veterans.
